Three Birds Billing is designed to make your life as easy as possible. Here’s what you can expect from the process
First you will fill out the verification of benefits form, found here and look over the HIPAA consent form here. Be sure to include an e-mail so I can reach out to you to schedule a time to discuss the findings. This process is a one-time, non refundable fee of $30.
If you choose to move forward with the billing process, there will be an additional fee of $220. This includes :
- Initial filing of claim and necessary supporting documents
- Up to 2 appeals (will work together on additional – if needed)
- A payment from your insurance sent to your address!
The billing fee does not guarantee payment, as this is at the final decision of your individual insurance company. With that being said, I will fight my hardest to get you maximum reimbursement.
All payments can be made via Zelle, PayPal or Venmo.
